Completed digital orders may be non-refundable after files or access have been delivered, subject to applicable consumer rights. Genuine issues can still be reviewed.
Issues we can investigate
- A download link is missing or broken.
- The delivered file is not the product purchased.
- A duplicate payment or documented technical payment issue occurred.
- You contacted support before delivery about the wrong item.
